The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) is an international scientific research and education organization dedicated to the furtherance of our understanding of extraterrestrial intelligence. CSETI was founded in 1990 by Dr. Steven M. Greer, who is the International Director.
The Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) is an international group of scientists, academics, investigators, and volunteers dedicated to the continuing examination and analysis of the UFO phenomenon. Our purpose is to promote serious scientific interest in UFOs and to serve as an archive for reports, documents, and publications about the UFO phenomenon.
I've been an Independent Researcher since 1989 when I, along with 4 other people, witnessed a UFO of unbelievable size quietly hover above a mountain in Tucson, Arizona. It was totally silent as it moved ever so slowly up and down, rise about 1500 feet upwards, move forward, and then vanish so fast that I could not even begin to convey its actual speed. We all agreed on what we had just seen. However, calls to the Sheriffs Dept., the news media, and the local Air Force base yielded no concrete information. Suddenly, it was a though it never happened. I know that what I and the others present had witnessed that day was incredibly important, and being that my background was in Law Enforcement, I began my own investigation into the UFO Phenomenon.
I wrote most of the information on this web site based on more than 42 years of UFO research. In addition, since 1986 I have conducted over 1,000 hypnotic regressions with abductees. I have tried to be as objective and as 'agenda free' as possible. I have no New Age, spiritual, religious, transformational, or transcendent program to promote. I try to stay as close to the evidence as I can. However, there is no possibility that I have avoided error. The majority of evidence for the alien abduction phenomenon is from human memory derived from hypnosis administered by amateurs.
We are the world's premiere Alien abduction and Extraterrestrial contact research organization. With thousands of conscious Contactees and tens of thousands of Abductee files, we are dedicated to bringing the truth to the general public about the Extraterrestrial presence, unravelling the mysteries of the Alien agenda and the reality of the abduction experience. We offer our dedicated support and understanding to Abductees and Contactees worldwide.
Civilian UFO organizations have nearly always operated on a shoestring budget, essentially volunteer organizations. Still many of them managed to do remarkable work over the past 50yr, investigating and documenting UFO sighting reports. Overall, perhaps about a thousand (1000) UFO organizations have been created all over the globe since the 1950s, but only a handful of them became large (NICAP's membership peaked at about 15,000 during the early and mid 1960s; APRO's membership peaked in 1967 with 1500 members). Many investigative organizations have closed down over the years.
The aim and purpose of NICUFO is to provide research and education in the field of UFO, Space and Science Phenomena. NICUFO receives no financial assistance from any Governmental Agency and depends solely on the membership fees and generous contributions of its members and friends in order to continue its work. NICUFO headquarters is located in Southern California. In addition, branch offices are maintained by NICUFO State Directors who take an active part in coordinating activities in their respective areas of the United States as well as foreign countries.
The New England UFO Research Organization was founded as a multidisciplinary, grassroots organization dedicated to the serious scientific study and analysis of the UFO mystery. The New England UFO Research Organization has a diverse range of members - field investigators, consultants and research specialists. Among other activities, The NEUFOR Organization maintains a UFO reporting hotline, trains field investigators, hosts monthly meetings, and sponsors scientific research into the UFO phenomenon.
NY-SPI was founded in 2006 and is based in Manhattan. It is comprised of a select group of uniquely educated professionals with decades of experience in the UFO field. The team employs diverse scientific methods to dissect and scrutinize the physical, statistical and psychological patterns associated with the phenomena. With well-established case-review and research protocols in place, its investigators are equipped to carefully piece together the details of possible UFO sightings or 'abductions,' and to determine their validity and credibility.
A tourist visiting relatives in Sedona captured this image entirely by accident. Upon uploading the photo to a computer, the photographer noticed strange objects in the clouds. A white craft hovered above Schnebly Hill, and three distinct rectangular rod-like shapes stood out in the skyline. The surprised photographer added arrows to show the locations of the UFOs, which are all concentrated in this one picture.
Everyone's done it - looked up into the sky, seen an object, thought 'Oh, that is an airplane,' and then taken a second look.Although some archeologists believe that Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) have been documented in cave drawings by early man, the first official investigation of UFOs began during World War II when military aircraft crews reported seeing fast moving, glowing objects in the sky over Germany.
A group that offers those who have actually had UFO sightings or experienced actual encounters support. We will discuss the similarities of our experiences and bring some definition to what we know is true. Films, trip, guest speakers and great discussions open the vistas of exploration to help members find the support they need.
